Racy Lady will issue a refund or exchange on any unused, unworn or unwashed item returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers wishing to return merchandise for exchange or refund must contact us first to receive an RA# - Return Authorization Number. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting return@racylady.com or (310) 984-5189.

Racy Lady recognizes the occasional challenges that accompany ordering apparel online. As such, we will pay the shipping costs for any items shipped in exchange*. Customers returning an item for refund will be issued the total amount of sale, less shipping costs.

Please indicate the RA# on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without RA# will be returned to sender.

Please use original shipping package if possible. We recommend shipping your return or exchange with a carrier that can provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Credit Card Refunds for Returns & Exchanges

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. However, the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
